Q: Do you offer project-based work instead of ongoing support?
A: Yes! If you have a specific project (like building out ClickUp, creating SOPs, or streamlining client onboarding), I’ll scope it as a flat-rate project.

 

Q: Can we start with a project and move into a retainer later?
A: Absolutely, many clients start with a project so they can see my style in action before committing to longer-term support.

 

Q: What is a Strategy Session and how is it different from ongoing support?
A: A Strategy Session is a focused, 90-minute call where we zoom in on one area of your business (like streamlining your client journey, mapping out your next launch, or creating a 90-day operations plan). You’ll walk away with clear next steps and action items you can implement right away. It’s perfect if you’re not ready for ongoing support but want expert eyes on your business.

 

Q: Do you track your hours worked?
A: No, I work on deliverables and outcomes, not the clock. Each package includes support at the level you need without nickel-and-diming over minutes.

 

Q: What are your response times?
A: I typically respond to emails/messages within 24 business hours. Urgent requests are handled as quickly as possible, but I don’t guarantee same-day turnaround unless previously agreed upon.

 

Q: How do payments work?
A: Payments are invoiced through HoneyBook (or your client portal) and can be made via credit card, ACH transfer, or Zelle. Retainers are billed monthly at the beginning of the month; project work is billed upfront.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because this is a service-based partnership, refunds aren’t offered. That said, I’ll always make sure you’re clear on the scope of work and what’s included before we begin.  My goal is to make sure you get the support and deliverable you are looking for.
