When You’re Feeling Stuck: A Love Note to the Woman Behind the Business 🩷

Let’s get real for a second: sometimes life and business feel… heavy.
You know those seasons where everything feels off, like you’re wading through mud in rain-soaked boots? The clarity is gone, the energy’s zapped, and you start to question what you’re even doing. You feel stuck. Icky. Uninspired. Like nothing is flowing and everything is forcing.
Sound familiar?
I’ve been feeling it too lately. That sense of being unaligned, out of rhythm—not just in business, but in life. And while part of me wants to snap out of it and “get back to being productive,” there’s a louder voice inside whispering something different:
This is part of the process.
We talk so much about growth, scaling, momentum—but what about the muddy middle? The pause between the push? The quiet recalibration that has to happen before clarity shows up again?
Because here's the truth: we can’t bypass the hard stuff. The discomfort, the confusion, the emotional waves—they’re not obstacles. They’re teachers.
Sometimes we need to feel the stuck-ness to uncover what’s been buried. We need to let emotions bubble up and spill over, so they can release. Whether that means crying in the shower, walking barefoot in the grass, journaling until the words stop, or simply sitting in silence by the water (my personal fave)—these moments of stillness are where the magic begins.
Your body and soul know what you need.
It’s safe to listen.
It’s safe to feel.
This isn’t a life sentence.
It’s a blip on the radar.
As my mom used to remind me: this too shall pass.
If you’re a solopreneur, a creative, a heart-led woman in business—you especially need to hear this.
Because when you're the one wearing all the hats, leading all the calls, holding space for everyone else… it's easy to forget to hold space for yourself.
But this—this mess, this murkiness, this moment—is part of your journey too. It’s not wasted time. It’s integration. It’s healing. It’s the compost that fuels your next bloom.
The secret isn’t to hustle your way out.
It’s to take one small step at a time.
Breathe. Move. Feel. Trust.
I know it’s not easy. Trust and surrender? Those are muscles we build, not boxes we check. But every time we choose to lean into the unknown with a tiny bit of faith, we strengthen that muscle. We anchor back into ourselves. We remember that clarity always returns—and often with more wisdom than we had before.
Being a woman in business isn’t just about strategy and spreadsheets. It’s about navigating the wild inner terrain that comes with putting your heart into your work.
So if you’re in the thick of it right now—if you feel stuck, tired, unsure—know this:
You are not broken.
You are not failing.
You are becoming.
Feel what needs to be felt.
Honor your process.
And when you're ready—take the next aligned step.
The path will appear.
With you always🩷
